Meccanica System has always been committed to guaranteeing reliable, timely and professional services, trying to satisfy all customer needs. The Management is also committed to guaranteeing its collaborators in terms of health and safety at work and the local context by limiting its environmental impacts. These commitments are pursued through an active organization to comply with current regulations and other signed provisions and prevent in any way complaints, injuries, professional diseases and any accidents and environmental damage.
   In detail, the Management is committed to managing Meccanica System according to the following guidelines:

1. pursue full internal and external customer satisfaction through:
1.1. the offer of services capable of satisfying customer needs for the reliability of the references and the optimal technical and performance solutions of the creations;
1.2. the guarantee of a dynamic and effective service capable of providing technical assistance to the customer and delivery times in line with market needs while ensuring respect for the environment and the health and safety of collaborators;
1.3. monitoring customer satisfaction through complaint statistics, specific investigations and periodic surveys through surveys.
2. guarantee company competitiveness, through a Dynamic and Effective Organization, which allows:
2.1. timely detection of internal problems and the systematic adoption of improvement activities;
2.2. constant updating of IT systems and new technologies in use;
2.3. the adaptation of company infrastructures with the aim of guaranteeing the prevention of accidents and environmental risk situations and in matters of health and safety at work;
2.4. use of simple process indicators to measure company performance.
3. The Satisfaction and Gratification of all Staff, in compliance with current laws, achieved through:
3.1. participation in internal or external training courses in relation to the tasks performed, company needs, the dangers of the work activity and in relation to emergencies;
3.2. compliance with current laws regarding safety and health in the workplace;
3.3. the consideration of health and safety at work as a key element for planning the services offered by the company;
3.4. The organization of work in such a way as to guarantee constant prevention of accidents and all problems relating to health at work;
3.5. Consultation of workers to understand their requests, especially regarding health and safety at work;
3.6. Affective-relational leadership: The objective of this leadership is not the management of production, innovation or administrative and regulatory readiness but the group affiliation and internal unity, respecting differences and valorising socio-relational behaviours. solidarity within the group or collaboration. 4.4. promote the prevention of accidents that may have effects on the environment, preparing all the necessary procedures;
4.5. propose to its customers technological solutions aimed at improving energy performance and reducing resource consumption.
5. Attention to the communication aspect and corporate image, through:
5.1. care of the company headquarters;
5.2. creation and updating of a company website.

The company management has prepared this document to demonstrate its commitment to implementing and managing its activities in accordance with an integrated quality management system, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:15 standard. A Management Review is carried out annually in which, among other things, the Improvement Plan, the objectives and this Policy are defined and analyzed to check that they are appropriate to reality.
